Oh the joys of living in an apartment...
While I was going to school at the U of U, I lived in an apartment complex downtown on 4th east & 9th south. It wasn't the nicest apartment, but it worked perfectly for me. It was close to school and it was so great to be right downtown. My landlord at this complex used to write the best letters to all the residents. I ran across this one while looking through my files tonight. It's a treat.

I like how he segues into hammering right after the loud woman screaming noises.
I LOVE this!! I actually blogged once about this same issue listing everything from "screaming" to garbage being left in the hall so some mutt could get it for a midnight snack! It was quite amusing. So glad to be a homeowner now!
That is hilarious! We have a mother-in-law apartment that we rent out. We have had all three of those problems, but I would never go to the extreme of writing a letter like that! Thanks for sharing! So funny!
