Lily 6 months

Since we didn't get any smiling photos of lily...I thought I would try out getting some photos with my friend Jenny Weston. She did a great job and captured Lily's little personality. Still not a lot of smiles, but some expressions. Lily is definitely an observer...a starer. Takes her a little more to smile. She has to think it's really funny to get a laugh out of her. I love that about her. She is so much fun!

4 months

Wow! Lily is 4 months old already and she gets cuter and cuter all the time.



some things about her at 4 months:
-she rolls over from back to front & front to back
-smiles all the time
-she giggles sometimes
-she has found her tongue
-she has found her toes and sometimes manages to suck on them
-she sleeps pretty well...her long stretch at night is usually 8 hours (we are oh so grateful for that)
-she is 11 1/2 lbs
-she is 24 1/2 inches tall

We can't wait to see what she is like in another month. She is so much fun!

6 weeks in her knit outfit

My sister's mother in law, Jackie Hays, makes the most beautiful knit and crochet outfits. When I found out we were having a baby, I knew I needed some of her items. I commissioned her to make a couple things for Lily. This is the first one that she fits in. She looks so cute!
