New House

So...Last weekend we put in an offer for a house in Salt Lake. The offer got accepted. Now we are in the process of buying a house. If all goes well with the inspection and loan and such, we will be moving the second weekend in April. We are sooo excited. We have been wanting to move to SLC for a couple years now. It will put us closer to the store and save us $100-$200 a month in gas. Holy cow!!!! I can't believe we spend so much money on gas. The house is 1.5 blocks east of Liberty Park. Liberty park is this amazing park with an aviary, a little pond, tons of kids things to play on, a splash park, a jogging path, a swimming pool, tennis courts and more. Oh we are so excited about the park.

The house was built in 1945 and someone has gone in a flipped the house. Everything inside is new. They gutted the whole thing out and did a great job with the flip. There is no garage, but a big backyard with plenty of room for a garage in the back. Caleb project for this summer or next will be building a garage. He wants to have a loft up top of the garage for his man-cave. We are so excited about this house and hope that all goes through with the closing process and such.

We are excited for you. The inside is beautiful and I am sure you will get use to the busy street. It will be so for you to be close to the store and downtown SLC

What exciting news! I can't believe that location -- I am jealous!

And Lily is getting so big -- I can't believe all her pics. She is so darling.

boo! the house fell through. The seller was not willing to do some major repairs that needed to be done. So he broke the contract. It wasn't meant to be and we will find a house that is equally as great!
