So, I just wanted to get this down in writing because I think it will be interesting to remember down the road. 9-11 was 10 years ago today. The last 10 years have gone by so quickly.
Hillary - 10 years ago today....
I was living in Hawaii. I lived in a house with 10 other girls right across from Hukilau beach. One of my roomates was dating a marine. He called her about the twin towers being hit. It was like 4 or 5 in the morning. She woke us all up and we all sat in the living room in front of the TV watching the news reports on it. It was surreal. No one could fly in or out. All of the airlines had stopped operating.
Caleb - 10 years ago today....
That's when I worked at Blockbuster. I slept all night with my TV on. I woke up and the first tower was already hit. That's what was on the TV and I watched the reports.
