I made corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick's Day today. I used this
recipe from a Blog I like to read...Lynn's Kitchen adventures. It was delicious. The meat was very tender and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Our kitchen does smell a bit like cabbage though...wonder how long it takes for that smell to go away??
