Bear video
How cute is this...this is what Bear does with his treats before eating them. He "almost" always plays with apples. That's one of his favorite treats. I couldn't get this movie to edit. So there is a longish boring part in the middle. If you get bored, fast forward to the end when he just finishes eating his apple. It's cute when he runs off.

Making Monday: Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting
Yesterday I made these delicious muffins from the Pioneer Woman's blog. I just love pumpkin flavored foods in the fall. These muffins were especially delicious. You can get the recipe and instructions on how to make them here.

Grapes
Here are some of the grapes from our grape vines. Now I don't know what to do with them. Anyone have any great grape jelly or grape juice recipes?

Cindy's Art Show & a Snake
Last weekend I went to my friend Cindy's art show with my sister Ashley. It's always fun to see her stuff. She is so talented. The show was at the Masonic Temple downtown. We got to take a tour of it. It's a very neat building, built in 1927. The architectural details are beautiful. After the tour we looked at all the exhibits. There was a lot going on at the art show. Lots of different artists to look at. There was even a guy with a snake and tarantula. I got my picture with the snake, but I was too afraid of the tarantula to get a picture.

Making Monday: braided rag rug
I am in the process of making one of these braided rag rugs, but it is taking forever. I was hoping to have a finished product to show, but I still have a ways to go.

This is what the finished product is supposed to look like. I can't wait until I get to that point.

A Chorus Line

Mindy and I have season tickets to the Pioneer Theater. Our first show was on Saturday. It was "A Chorus Line". Neither of us really knew anything about the production. We just knew it had good reviews. We had a good time. It was a good play...not as great as we hoped though.
